Cross-border payment workflows

Improved cross-border payment workflows within the corporate banking platform, focusing on making key transaction steps clearer and more intuitive for users. The work involved refining interaction patterns and aligning the experience with regulatory and system constraints required for financial transactions.

Virtual Account Sub-Account

The VASA initiative introduced the ability for corporate users to create and manage sub-accounts within their organisations. I designed the experience for creating and managing sub-accounts within corporate organisations. The challenge was to represent complex account hierarchies in a way that remained clear and manageable for users performing financial administration tasks.

Boatsize Creative Changes

Supported rapid product updates and short-turnaround initiatives where design changes were required quickly due to business or operational needs. This involved collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver feasible UX solutions while maintaining usability and design consistency.

Fraud Detection & Risk Monitoring Dashboard 

Designed an internal dashboard used by backend teams to monitor and manage risk, fraud, and security within the banking platform. The focus was on presenting complex operational data in a clear and actionable way to support faster decision-making and system oversight.
